Herbalist in Residency
Jillian Borchard, M.S., Clinical Herbalist is
the Resident Herbalist for Roots Market and has been working in the
Wellness Department at Roots Market since 2002. She received her
Masters of Science in Herbal Medicine degree from Tai Sophia Institute
in 2005 and has since developed Greenspring Herbs, her own private
practice and herbal apothecary. Jillian sees clients at The Acupuncture
& Healing Arts Place in Columbia and at her home office in
Owings Mills.
Jillian is also available to Roots customers for free ½ hour consultations on Wednesdays from 3-7pm in Clarksville and Thursdays from 4-8 pm in Olney. During these scheduled times, Jillian will also be available to help walk-in customers, but if you are a customer who knows you would like her personal attention, you are encouraged to sign up ahead of time to ensure her availability.
