Introducing your Daily Practice:

At the core of the Conscious Corner Community is the Daily Practice.

This is a commitment to yourself to grow and expand your knowledge of yogic techniques. It consists of a 20 minute practice which involves gentle movement, breathwork, mini-meditations, and the use of mantra. This programme is ideal for beginners and any level of fitness.

 

How it works:

The Monthly Practice takes place in a private Instagram account, where members have access to exclusive content and group support. The sessions will be live Monday - Friday, and they will focus on easing stress and anxiety, clearing the subconscious mind and strengthening the nervous system.
