KUNDALINI YOGA
MOVEMENT
Every class has a dynamic and rewarding set of exercises which stimulate glands, organs and body awareness and quietens the mind in preparation for meditation. Postures often apply pressure on nerves or accupressure points, reflexing to the brain and body for desired effects.
MANTRA
Every time we chant a mantra, we are tapping out a particular sequence, rhythm, and position that produces specific vibratory frequency within the body. Chanting mantra alters the wavelength of your body’s energy, elevating it to a higher frequency, and in turn promoting wellbeing.
MEDITATION
Each meditation contains practical tools which support the mind and guide the body through the use of breath, posture and eye focus. It works towards a very specific outcome. This could be to reduce stress, increase vitality, or promote general healing in the body.
